Student Delegation Visits City Hall
A delegation of students from our sister city of Izumi, Japan recently visited City Hall to meet Mayor Winstead and present city officials with an overview of their city. The city's television network was there to catch the action.
Mission of BSCO
As a Sister City Organization, our goal is “to promote mutual understanding through an exchange of people, information, and ideas”, which is just a fancy way to say we want to “grow together by learning about each other”.
We accomplish this goal through a variety of cultural exchange events with our own sister city: Izumi City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan.
